The Q4Launch Onboarding Experience


Congratulations! The first step toward growing your business and attracting more customers is behind you. To help Q4Launch deliver on your goals, we want to get to know you a little bit better. All of our new partnerships start with a kick-off meeting. The goal here is to learn more about your property, your vision for the company, your area, and the goals you have for the year. We’ll share some straightforward questionnaires and set up a time to connect over the phone (or in-person if you’re nearby) within the first few days. This is the first time you’ll get to meet the specific team members that will be working with you and have a chance to share your thoughts, hopes, and dreams! 


Competition is stiff within the hospitality and tourism industry. Having a unique brand image and voice plays a critical role in being seen and heard online. You’ll get lost in the shuffle if you look and sound like everyone else! That’s why branding is a dedicated step in the Q4Launch onboarding process. 

During this stage, our team of content specialists and designers will take a deep dive into your current brand image so we can all get on the same page. If you don’t already have a clear voice or brand, our team can build one from the ground up with your help! A branding call will be scheduled shortly after kick-off. This call will help us understand more about the look and feel of your property. It will also give us a sense of your target demographic and specific brand attributes.

Now the real fun can begin! We have a sense of your brand’s style and what your marketing goals are. Now it’s time to build your Future Proof® website. For many clients, the most highly anticipated and rewarding part of the onboarding process is the unveiling of your brand new website. We won’t keep you waiting! All of our hotel client’s websites will be live within the first 30 days of the onboarding process. Our vacation rental clients can rest assured that their new website will be live within the first 45 days. 

The Marketing Strategy Outline

Now that your website is ready to roll, it’s time to talk about what matters: the marketing strategy. While the website is being designed by our dev team and graphic designers, our marketing analysts and content creators are working hard to build the infrastructure that will lead clients to your website and drive people to your property. Our team will outline your SEO keywords, content strategy, email templates, and social media strategy for the quarter.
