We’ll share some straightforward questionnaires and set up a time to connect over the phone (or in-person if you’re nearby) within the first few days. This is the first time you’ll get to meet the specific team members that will be working with you and have a chance to share your thoughts, hopes, and dreams!

If you don’t already have a clear voice or brand, our team can build one from the ground up with your help! A branding call will be scheduled shortly after kick-off. This call will help us understand more about the look and feel of your property. It will also give us a sense of your target demographic and specific brand attributes.
Now the real fun can begin! We have a sense of your brand’s style and what your marketing goals are. Now it’s time to build your Future Proof® website. For many clients, the most highly anticipated and rewarding part of the onboarding process is the unveiling of your brand new website. We won’t keep you waiting! All of our hotel client’s websites will be live within the first 30 days of the onboarding process. Our vacation rental clients can rest assured that their new website will be live within the first 45 days.

Now that your website is ready to roll, it’s time to talk about what matters: the marketing strategy.
