Content Creator:

The Content Creator is responsible for creating and executing key elements of each customer’s integrated marketing strategy. This includes but is not limited to email marketing campaigns, landing page content creation, blog creation, and social media management.

The Content Creator researches and grasps a range of topics and strategic business goals to produce compelling and accurate content that embodies a customer’s brand voice.

 

Digital Marketing Coordinator:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that Q4Launch customers are achieving strong performance results. This individual leads the marketing initiatives for individual customers and is responsible for creating, executing, and pivoting the marketing strategy plan by using data and research to make decisions. This role works closely with the Customer Success Managers, Content Creators, SEO, and PPC teams.

This person should be data-driven, analytical, creative, results-oriented, and must possess great written and verbal communication abilities. They need to be highly adaptable to a constantly changing marketing world and should always be looking for opportunities to grow, evolve, and drive results.

 

Customer Success Coordinator:

The Customer Success Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that Q4Launch customers are having an amazing customer experience and are achieving great results! This individual is the day-to-day contact for the customers they manage and is responsible for leading all communication, project management, and customer service with the support of the rest of the Q4Launch Marketing Team.

This person should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and must possess great written and verbal communication abilities. They need to be highly adaptable to a constantly changing marketing world and should always be looking for opportunities to grow, evolve, and improve processes to increase efficiency.

 

Search Engine Optimization Specialist:

The SEO Specialist will help manage the SEO performance of multiple customers and is responsible for increasing organic traffic and rankings for targeted keywords in order to drive incremental revenue for our customers. This position will work closely with the Customer Success Managers and Marketing Managers who own each customer’s broader strategy and success in partnership with Q4Launch.

The SEO Specialist will work closely with the other members of the SEO team. The position requires someone that’s a team player but also a self-starter that does not need extensive oversight as this person will work autonomously on several projects. This person should have a passion for the search industry, a creative outlook, and a collaborative, can-do attitude.

 

Director of Sales:

You will be an ideal candidate for this role if you:
