My name is Emily and I am a Team Lead Customer Experience Manager (CEM) for Q4Launch. My job here is to provide an awesome marketing strategy for our customers and while acting as the main point of contact to share ideas and success stories from our marketing plan. Working in the travel industry has always been the perfect career choice for me because I have that travel bug and it’s always buzzing. As an employee of Q4Launch we have a great benefit; Q4Travels. Q4Travles allows us to travel to a select number of customers for a first-hand experience of that special area. I had the opportunity to travel to Corolla in the Outer Banks of North Carolina to meet the great owners of Shoreline OBX while staying in one of their amazing vacation rentals.
The Customer-Centric Experience of Staying with Shoreline OBX
With the Outer Banks being such huge monster in the industry I knew I would learn so much while visiting the area. One of the biggest takeaways was the importance of customer service! ShorelineOBX has that nailed down. When I checked into my property, I was greeted with a welcome bag with all the things I would need to make my stay even more enjoyable! I even got some great ShorelineOBX swag in that bag. My check-in experience didn’t end there. The Shoreline staff was so friendly and nice and you could tell they truly cared about my vacation experience. They gave me the best restaurant recommendations and activity suggestions for my family. ShorelineOBX really made me feel special and it started my vacation off right.
Seaglass, a Shore Advantage Vacation Rental on Corolla
My experience continued to impress me. When we arrived at the Seaglass home, it was just as beautiful as the pictures online with everything you would expect from a well-appointed luxury beach home. One of the best things about this home was there was always enough seating for the whole family and they even provided a bed for our Goldendoodle, Layla. We could all sit around the dinner table and play board games or there was enough seating in the living room to chat with each other as well as by the patio area by the pool. We never felt cramped or on top of each other. The home was perfect for everyone in our family. During the day or while meals were being prepared the kids loved playing pool and the arcade game on the ground floor. The private swimming pool was very nice and big enough so everyone could float and swim together. The beach was also less than 400 feet away and made for a very easy walk.
Most nights we decided to stay in for dinner which was a breeze with the beautiful kitchen. The home truly has an amazing gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances and was fully stocked with everything you needed to prepare your dinner. After dinner, most nights we would go to Big Bucks homemade ice cream where all the ice cream is all made in house! You can really tell the difference and it was one of the best ice creams I have ever had. Big Buck’s won the best of the beach ice cream 3 years running so I highly recommend checking it out when you go when you visit Corolla.
Why Stay in Corolla?
Corolla is the perfect family town and we certainly plan to go back. It is quiet and peaceful with just enough things to do. I highly recommend staying in Corolla and booking a home with ShorlineOBX.
